NATIONAL SOCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME: The National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) is a welfare programme being administered by the Ministry of Rural Development. It is fully funded by the Central Government. This programme is being implemented in rural areas as well as urban areas.
